Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg did a great talk about "Why we have so few women leaders" in the world. She argued that if you are a woman and want to become a leader, 3 needs for change are:

1. Sit at the table.

2. Make your partner a real partner.

3. Don’t leave before you leave.
